# BotLogix

BotLogix is a forward deployed AI engineering, workflow automation, and custom software firm based in Burlington, Ontario, Canada. Founded in 2018 by Steffen deGraaf, Founder and Forward Deployed Engineer. ## Forward deployed engineering

BotLogix's founder uses the title Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) — a role popularized by Palantir and now used by OpenAI, AWS, and other AI companies to describe engineers who embed with a customer and own a problem from discovery through deployed, measurable outcome.
