Service
AI Training for Teams.
Practical AI skills your team can use on Monday. Not a lecture about the future of AI — actual hands-on training with the tools that matter now.
Training Formats
Pick the format that fits.
Half-day workshop
Introduction to AI tools for a single team. Hands-on exercises with real work examples from your industry.
Ideal for: Teams new to AI who need a strong foundation fast.
Full-day intensive
Deep dive into AI for your specific function — marketing, ops, customer service, or leadership.
Ideal for: Teams ready to integrate AI into daily work immediately.
Multi-session program
Structured learning program across multiple sessions. Homework between sessions. Team builds real workflows.
Ideal for: Organizations that want lasting capability, not a one-day event.
What We Cover
Skills that transfer immediately.
Every session is built around your team's actual work. Before we show up, we ask for examples — real emails, real reports, real processes. The exercises use those, not generic demos. People leave knowing how to apply AI to their specific job.
Discuss your team's needsPrompt engineering
How to write instructions that get consistent, useful output from AI.
Use-case identification
Which of your tasks are good candidates for AI — and which aren't.
Tool selection
Claude vs. ChatGPT vs. Copilot — what each is actually good for.
Workflow integration
How to plug AI into the tools your team already uses every day.
Team collaboration
Sharing prompts, building internal AI playbooks, governance basics.
Quality control
How to fact-check AI output and avoid the common failure modes.
Common questions.
Is this remote or in-person?
Both. Remote sessions run on Zoom. In-person available for GTA and surrounding area, or we travel for larger engagements.
How many people can attend?
Workshops work best with 6–20 people. Larger groups can be split into cohorts. Smaller groups get more tailored exercises.
Can you customize for our industry?
Yes — always. We ask for example work before the session and build exercises around your actual use cases. A manufacturing company and a law firm get different training.
Do you provide materials afterwards?
Yes. Every attendee gets a prompt library, tool comparison guide, and session recording (remote sessions).
What if our team has mixed experience levels?
Common. We run a quick pre-session survey and split exercises by level. Advanced users go deeper while beginners build the foundation.
Can we book follow-up sessions?
Yes. Many teams book a second session 4–6 weeks later to work through what came up when they started applying the skills.
Ready to upskill your team?
Tell us about your team size, industry, and what you want them to walk away knowing. We'll design the session from there.
