One day on-site. You leave with a written report, a prioritized roadmap, and a 30-day plan you can act on Monday. If we don't deliver real value by end of day, you don't pay.

Why don't you publish more prices?
Because most AI work is genuinely scoped to the brief. We could publish made-up tiers — most consultancies do — but you'd just adjust your needs to match what we wrote on the page. The strategy day is the one thing we know costs the same every time, so it's the one price we publish.
Can the strategy day fee credit toward something bigger?
Yes. If you move into a Build or Fractional AI engagement after the strategy day, the $1,000 credits in full toward your first invoice.
What happens after the strategy day?
You walk out with a written report and a 30-day plan. From there, we either quote a build, structure a retainer, or you take the report and run with it on your own. No pressure either way.
Do prices include tax?
All prices shown are before HST. Canadian businesses are charged applicable Ontario HST.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
Yes — 15% off all engagements for registered Canadian non-profits. Send your registration number with your inquiry.
What's your minimum engagement?
The strategy day is the floor. Below that we're not the right fit — there are plenty of freelancers who handle smaller tasks.
