Do prices include tax?
All prices shown are before HST. Canadian businesses are charged applicable Ontario HST.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Projects over $10,000 are typically split 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Larger projects can be broken into milestone payments.
What currency are prices in?
Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted.
Can I get a custom quote?
Yes — most projects get a custom scope and quote after a discovery call. The prices here are starting points, not ceilings.
What if I need something smaller?
Our minimum project is $2,500 CAD (a half-day workshop). Below that threshold, we're not the right fit — there are plenty of freelancers who handle smaller tasks.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
Yes — 15% off all services for registered Canadian non-profits. Contact us with your registration number.
