Founder Story
Started with a simple observation.
In 2018, I kept watching small businesses lose customers to voicemail and slow response times. A restaurant would get a Facebook message about a reservation at 9pm — nobody saw it until noon the next day. A real estate agent would miss a lead because they were showing a property. A dentist would get a 2am inquiry that sat unanswered until Monday morning.
The fix seemed obvious: build a bot that answers instantly, asks the right questions, and routes the conversation to the right person. So I started BotLogix, built Messenger bots, and those businesses stopped losing opportunities to response lag.
Eight years later, the technology is fundamentally different. Claude, ChatGPT, and voice AI can do things that seemed like science fiction in 2018. But the core problem hasn't changed at all: businesses need AI that's actually implemented — not evaluated, not demoed, not planned — actually running in production, handling real tasks, generating real value.
That's what BotLogix does. And the eight years of shipping — all the failed implementations and the successful ones — is what makes us faster and more honest than consultants who discovered AI in 2023.
