About
Six products in production. Eight years building.
BotLogix is a Burlington, Ontario technology company. We've been building AI, automation systems, and web applications since 2018 — running our own software products the whole time. That's the lens we bring to every business we work with.

Founder note
We didn't set out to be consultants.
In 2018, I started BotLogix because small businesses were losing customers to voicemail and slow response times. So we built bots that answered. Then voice agents. Then full-stack products.
Somewhere along the way, the work shifted from "build a bot for a restaurant" to "build a 24/7 lead capture platform for an Ontario construction-industry brokerage" — that became AEC Benefits — and then "build a moving app for the App Store" — that became BoxBuddy — and then "build a local-LLM desktop app where customer data never touches a cloud."
Today we run six products in production. Every one of them taught us something the next product needed. Every one of them is now part of how we think when a client asks "can AI actually do this?"
When you hire BotLogix, you're hiring the same team that maintains those six products. The same operator's mindset. The same standard.
How we work
The standard we hold ourselves to.
We ship our own software.
Six products in production. Real users, real codebases, real architectural calls we have to defend at 11pm. That's the standard we bring to client work. See all products →
Your data stays where you put it.
TalkAbout runs entirely on-device — no cloud, no leaks. BenefitShield stores client documents behind a per-tenant access layer. AEC Benefits handles CASL compliance automatically, not by policy.
New tools don't break what's already running.
Every product we build is designed so new additions are isolated. Nothing you're already running gets touched when we add something new. Same principle we apply to every client engagement.
No strategy theater.
We don't deliver 60-page decks. We deliver a written report, a 30-day plan, and the confidence that we've already lived this in production.
