How is pricing structured?
Engagements are scoped around the cadence and build capacity you actually need — not generic tiers. We'll quote a flat monthly after a strategy day.
What's the minimum commitment?
3 months. Most clients renew. The work compounds — by month four we know your stack, your team, your goals.
Is this you personally, Steffen, or a team?
You work directly with Steffen for strategy. Build work is fulfilled by our team, with Steffen overseeing quality.
How is this different from hiring an AI consultant?
Project consultants parachute in and leave. A Fractional AI Officer stays. We're accountable to your long-term outcomes, not a deck delivery.
Can we pause or cancel?
30-day notice to pause or cancel after the initial term. No lock-in beyond that.
Do unused build hours roll over?
Within the same quarter, yes. Beyond that, we'd rather rescope the engagement to match what you actually use.
