Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the BotLogix website (https://botlogix.ca) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

About BotLogix

BotLogix Inc. is an AI product studio and consulting company based in Burlington, Ontario, Canada. We provide AI strategy, implementation, and software development services to businesses. References to "BotLogix," "we," "us," or "our" in these Terms refer to BotLogix Inc.

Services

We offer the following services, each governed by a separate Statement of Work or engagement agreement:

AI Strategy Day: One-day on-site consultation with a written report and 30-day action plan
Build & Implementation: Custom AI software, automation, and tool development
Fractional AI Officer: Embedded AI leadership and advisory services
AI Training: Workshops, briefings, and educational services

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are outlined in individual agreements. These Terms apply unless explicitly modified in writing.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing for our services is as follows:

AI Strategy Day: $1,000 CAD plus travel and accommodation expenses
AI Build Sprint: $3,000 CAD plus expenses
AI Implementation Week: $5,000 CAD plus expenses
Custom Development: Priced by scope, quoted upfront

Payment terms are specified in individual engagement agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 15 days of issuance. Travel and accommodation expenses are additional and will be quoted and approved in advance.

Refund Policy

For the AI Strategy Day specifically:

If we do not deliver real, actionable value by the end of the day, you do not pay
Cancellations with more than 7 days notice receive a full refund
Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a $250 administrative fee
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the full fee

For other services, refund terms are specified in individual engagement agreements.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BotLogix Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

Client Deliverables

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for their engagement (e.g., written reports, code, documentation). BotLogix retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-proprietary techniques developed during the engagement.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed before every engagement. We do not share your business data, processes, or strategic information with third parties without your explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BotLogix Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or cost savings from implementing our recommendations. Results vary based on execution, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by BotLogix. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
