What makes your chatbots different from Intercom or Drift?

Platforms give you a chatbot product. We build a custom AI trained on your specific knowledge, flows, and brand. The underlying models (Claude, GPT-4o) are far more capable than what's powering most off-the-shelf products.

How do you train it on our content?

We ingest your documentation, FAQs, product info, and any other content into a RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) pipeline. The AI retrieves relevant context before responding — so answers are grounded in your actual content.

What if the chatbot gives a wrong answer?

We build confidence scoring and escalation triggers. If the AI isn't confident, it routes to a human with a transcript rather than guessing. We tune these thresholds during the first 90 days.

Where does it deploy?
