How we start
One day on-site. A plan you can act on Monday.
Spend a focused day with the team that actually builds and ships AI products. You get a written report, a prioritized roadmap, and a 30-day plan — for a flat $1,000 plus expenses.
What's included
Everything you need to actually move.
On-site, full day
Steffen on-site at your location for a focused working session with the people who actually run your business.
Honest assessment
Where AI will move the needle for you, where it won't, and which tools you should stop paying for.
Prioritized roadmap
The top 3–5 plays sequenced for maximum impact in 90 days. No 60-page deck — just the plan.
30-day action plan
Specific milestones, owners, and success metrics so you know exactly what happens in the first month.
Written report
Everything documented. Your team gets a real artifact they can reference long after the day ends.
30-day follow-up
One follow-up call after the engagement to course-correct or unblock anything that's stuck.
Who it's for
Right for you if…
You run an SMB or mid-market operation and AI feels like noise — you want signal.
You've tried AI tools but they didn't stick.
You need a credible plan you can present to your team or board.
You want an outside operator to push back on bad ideas before you build them.
You'd rather pay for a focused day than a multi-week consulting engagement.
Why this format
Most consulting starts with a multi-week discovery sprint. By week three you've paid five figures and you still don't have a plan.
We don't work like that. One day, one team in the room, one operator who's already running five AI products in production. You leave with the artifact and the path.
If we don't deliver real value by end of day, you don't pay.
Common questions.
What's included in the $1,000?
A full day on-site (typically 8 hours), the written report, the 30-day plan, and a follow-up call. Travel and accommodation expenses (if applicable) are billed separately at cost.
Where do you travel?
Anywhere in Ontario at standard rates. Outside Ontario by arrangement — flights, lodging, and per diem at cost.
Who should be in the room?
Whoever makes decisions. Owner, operator, the lead in any function we'll touch. Smaller is usually better — 4 to 6 people max.
Do we sign an NDA?
Yes, always. We sign before the session. Your operational details stay private.
What if we want to implement?
Implementation is a separate engagement, scoped to whatever the strategy day surfaces. No hard quote until we know what we're building.
Is the day remote-friendly if we can't host?
Yes. We can run the same format remotely over a single block of time. The price is the same; expenses obviously aren't a factor.
