For networking groups · associations · business organizations
Give your members the AI session they've been waiting for.
Four live 90-minute sessions built for local business owners — not tech teams. Each one ends with a printed worksheet and a written decision every member makes before leaving.
You bring the room. We bring the session. Following each presentation, every attendee can book a 30-minute one-on-one with Steffen directly.

Your 30-Day AI Roadmap
Leave with a written plan, not another good intention.
Built for
- BNI chapters and business networking groups
- Chambers of commerce and board of trade members
- Industry associations and professional organizations
- Member-based business groups and peer networks
- Any group where the members run their own businesses
Not the right fit for
- Individual companies looking for staff training
- Single business owners attending on their own
- Corporate teams or enterprise organizations
If you're an individual business owner, the right starting point is a free 30-minute strategy session — book one here.
The promise
Every session ends with one specific decision — not a to-do list, not a homework pile. The decision about their business each member has been putting off because no one made the choice feel small enough.
A working framework — yours to keep
The 5-Level AI Ladder for local business.
Most business owners ask “what AI tool should I use?” — the wrong question. The right one is “what level of AI does my business need this quarter?” Use this ladder to find where you are now, and the single level to aim for next. Most owners belong at Level 1 or 2 — and that's not behind, that's smart.
Personal productivity
You use AI for your own work — drafting an email, summarizing a doc, prepping a quote. One person, one task at a time.
2–3 hrs
saved per week
Team templates
Shared prompts and templates the whole team uses — the same way you'd share a Word template, but for AI tasks. Consistent output, no training required.
5–8 hrs
saved per week
Business workflows
Trigger → AI prepares → human approves. New lead, missed call, Google review — AI drafts, you decide. The first level where AI starts running on its own.
10–15 hrs
saved per week
Connected systems
AI workflows that talk to your CRM, calendar, email, forms, and documents. A continuous flow rather than one-off tasks. Requires real planning.
20+ hrs
saved per week
Autonomous agents
AI that completes multi-step tasks end-to-end with approval gates. Reserved for high-value, repeatable, well-defined processes. Most businesses don't need this yet.
Use-case
dependent
If you've never used AI before, your next move is Level 1. Not Level 5. Skipping levels is the most common AI mistake a local business makes — and the most expensive.
Four sessions. One clear thread.
Each session stands alone.
Together, they build a plan.
Book one session or all four. Your members don't need to attend in order — each one is complete on its own. But come to all four and every member leaves with a full 30-day AI roadmap built around their actual business.
Session 01 · Foundation · 90 min
Your members closed it because it felt like a toy.
Someone in your group opened ChatGPT six weeks ago, typed something that felt like a Google search, got back something that read like a Wikipedia article, and closed the tab. It's been closed since. That's not a them problem. That's a prompt problem — and it takes about twelve minutes to fix.
The big idea
AI isn't magic. It's a fast assistant that helps your members write, organize, summarize, and prepare work faster than they ever could alone.
The measurable result
2–3 hours per week, reclaimed by the end of the following week.
What 90 minutes looks like
The demystification: What AI actually is and what it isn't — no acronyms, no slide deck about neural networks, no hype.
Three real examples: A contractor following up on a quote, an accountant answering an FAQ, a clinic sending appointment reminders — all handled in seconds.
Live demo: One messy customer message turned into a reply, a CRM note, a follow-up task, and call prep notes. Watch the whole thing happen.
Worksheet: My 3 Repeats — each member writes down three tasks they repeat every week. One gets circled, with a first prompt written and ready to use Monday morning.
Members walk out with
A ranked list of repeated tasks eating their week — the My 3 Repeats worksheet, completed. One task circled, with a written first prompt to use Monday morning.
The decision they make
“Which repeated task in my business do I hand to AI first?”
Book just this one if… Your members have never used AI in their work, or they tried it once and came away wondering what the fuss was about.
Session 02 · Marketing & Sales · 90 min
It's Sunday night. The blank post is winning.
Their last Instagram post was eleven days ago. They know they should be consistent. They have things to say — customers ask interesting questions every single week. But by the time Sunday rolls around and the blank screen is waiting, the energy just isn't there. The problem isn't creativity. The problem is starting from nothing every time.
The big idea
The best content your members will ever publish is already sitting in their inbox.
The measurable result
From 1 post a week → to a 4-channel content engine, running.
What 90 minutes looks like
The Content Multiplier: One customer question becomes a social post, an email, a Google Business update, a short video script, an FAQ entry, and a sales follow-up. Six outputs. One source.
Live demo on a real question: A volunteer's actual customer question from this week, fed through the system in the room.
Zero starting-from-nothing: Each member leaves knowing exactly which question in their inbox becomes their first piece of AI-powered content.
Worksheet: The Content Mine — three real customer questions, ready to put through the same process. One starting place they'll actually use on Monday.
Members walk out with
One real customer question already turned into a social post, email, Google Business update, and video script — in their voice. Plus three more questions ready to go.
The decision they make
“Which customer question becomes my first AI-powered piece of content?”
Book just this one if… Marketing keeps sliding to the bottom of the week — not because your members don't want to do it, but because starting from scratch every time is exhausting.
Session 03 · Automation · 90 min
They want the time back. Not the horror stories.
They've seen the articles. AI replied to a customer with something wrong. An automated message went out at the wrong time to the wrong person. They don't want that. But there's also a missed call from this morning, a quote request from Thursday no one has replied to, and a Google review sitting unanswered for six days. There's a way to get the speed without losing the control.
The big idea
Automate the preparation. Keep humans in the decision. That's the rule that removes the fear.
The measurable result
A first workflow that returns 10–15 hours per week — safely.
What 90 minutes looks like
The 3-step rule: Trigger → AI Prepares → Human Approves. Every workflow we build at BotLogix follows this rule. Every single one.
Five real scenarios: New lead, missed call, Google review response, quote request, meeting notes — all walked through the rule, live.
Live demo: A fresh website inquiry, from the moment it lands to the moment the owner approves a reply they didn't have to write themselves.
Worksheet: My First Workflow — trigger, AI step, approval point, owner. Mapped in the room, ready to build the following week.
Members walk out with
A mapped first workflow — trigger, AI step, approval point, owner — ready to build the following week.
The decision they make
“What's the first workflow I'd build if I stayed in control of every decision?”
Book just this one if… Your members want to stop doing low-value prep work themselves, but they won't put a robot between themselves and their customers without a human review.
Session 04 · The Plan · 90 min
They've experimented enough. They need a plan.
They've tried three tools. Two free trials expired. One subscription is still auto-renewing at $29/month and no one is sure what it does anymore. They've had the ideas. They've seen it work somewhere else. What they don't have is a clear first step with a deadline attached. That's exactly what this session fixes.
The big idea
Most AI projects fail for one reason — no plan. Start with one problem, one owner, one metric, one 30-day test.
The measurable result
From scattered experiments → one plan, one owner, one metric.
What 90 minutes looks like
The 5-Level AI Ladder: Where does their business sit right now? Most members belong at Level 1 or 2. We'll show them where they are and exactly what comes next.
Three real roadmaps: A renovation company, a professional services firm, a clinic — each with a 30-day plan they can hold up against their own business.
Live plan build: A 30-day AI plan built for one volunteer's business in front of the room. From blank page to finished roadmap in under 30 minutes.
Worksheet: My 30-Day AI Plan — biggest waste, first use case, owner, metric, success measure. Written before they leave.
Members walk out with
A complete written 30-day AI plan — biggest waste, first use case, owner, metric, success measure — plus an invitation to a free AI Opportunity Review.
The decision they make
“Am I ready to book my free AI Opportunity Review?”
Book just this one if… Your members have done the experimenting. They're not skeptical anymore. Their problem is direction — they need someone to help them pick one thing and commit to it.
Automate the preparation. Keep humans in the decision. That's the rule that removes the fear.
— Session 03 · AI Workflows Without Losing Control
Simple from your end
How a group booking works.
You handle the room. We handle everything else.
Step 01
You reach out
Send a message and we'll book a 15-min Google Meet to talk through your group, your members' needs, and which session fits best.
Step 02
We customize
We adapt the slides and worksheets to your organization — logo, colours, name, and framing — within the session framework.
Step 03
Your members attend
Live 90-minute session. Real demos. Printed worksheets. Every member leaves with something written before the room empties.
Step 04
One-on-ones after
Every attendee is offered 30 minutes with Steffen the same day. When the schedule fills, remaining bookings move to a Google Meet.
Why this is different
Your members have sat through the webinar.
This isn't that.
Most “AI for small business” events are vendor pitches with a slide deck and a Q&A where nothing gets answered. These sessions run the opposite way.
Their business is the demo.
We don't use hypothetical examples. Every live demo runs on a real business problem from someone in the room — often a member's own, if they bring one.
No slides. No lectures.
Each session is built around a live demonstration and a worksheet completed in real time. Members leave with something written — not something they promised themselves they'd do later.
Each session stands alone.
Book one, skip two, or run all four. Every session works without the others. No prerequisites. No catch-up homework.
We don't monetize the room.
No pitch from the stage. No special offer close. We make our money working with businesses one-on-one after — not from the session itself.
What every member gets
Something written in their hand.
Not a link to a recording.
Every session produces one printed worksheet each member fills in during the session — not homework, not a follow-up email, but a page they walk out with.
A printed worksheet per session
One per session. Each member fills it in during the room — not homework, not a follow-up email, but a page they walk out with.
One live demo per session
Not a screen recording. Not a staged example. A real business problem from someone in the room, solved while everyone watches.
One written decision per attendee
Every session ends with a question. Each member answers it in writing before they leave. That's the only homework.
Real local business examples
Every example is drawn from a local business — a contractor, a clinic, an accountant, a retailer. Nothing that only works for a startup with a dev team.
Free AI Opportunity Review for every attendee
A 30-minute working session on one real process from their business. We map it, identify the highest-leverage AI move, and walk out with a 30-day recommendation. No pitch. Genuinely useful even if they never hire BotLogix.
Session reference notes
After each session, we send one clean reference page for the framework covered. A summary of the decision each member made — not a recording.
Sample of recent BotLogix work
Real systems. Real businesses. Shipped.
These aren't demos. They're running right now — handling real volume, for real businesses, with no humans in the loop except exactly where a human is supposed to be.
A private social media operating system managing active accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest. Photos drop into a Google Drive folder → AI generates SEO-optimized filenames, image tags, and platform-specific captions in under 30 seconds → owner approves → post schedules. AI inference runs locally on the server — zero per-token cost.

BoxBuddy Reddit Opportunity Engine
Scans Reddit daily for posts matching real customer pain points in the client's industry. Each post is scored for opportunity — urgency, relevance, recency, engagement — and the top 20 surface every morning. The system drafts a reply in five distinct persona voices for each. Every reply is copied and posted manually by a human. The system finds the opening; a person decides whether to take it.

For series attendees
What we need from your organization
Three things. That's it.
Four dates within an 8-week window. Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — whatever fits your group's rhythm.
A room for 25–40. Projector helpful, not required. We bring our own setup.
An RSVP list one week before each session. So we can tailor the live demo to who's in the room.
What your members receive
Everything, no cost.
The full 4-session series with no charge to attendees.
A pre-event promo kit — copy, graphics, signup link, ready to send.
A post-event recap email for members who couldn't attend.
The real questions
The ones every organizer asks first.
Can the presentation be branded for our organization?
Yes — to a reasonable degree. We can incorporate your group's logo, colours, and name into the slides and worksheets. We keep the core framework intact because that's what makes it work, but it should feel like something your organization put together.
How many members can attend?
No hard cap. We've run these for small groups of 8 and for rooms of 80. The live demo format works at any size — we adjust how we take questions and run the worksheet portion.
Do you pitch from the stage?
No. We don't sell from the stage and there's no special offer close. At the end of each session, attendees are offered a free AI Opportunity Review — a 30-minute working session on one real process from their business. That's the only ask, and it's entirely optional.
Can we book just one session?
Yes. Each session stands completely alone — no prerequisites, no required sequence. If your group is all retail owners, Session 02 (Marketing) might be the only one that fits right now. That's fine.
What happens for our members after the session?
Every attendee is offered a free AI Opportunity Review — 30 minutes on one real process from their business. No pitch, no tool list. We map the process, identify the highest-leverage AI move, and walk out with a 30-day recommendation. We fit as many as possible on the day; remaining bookings move to a Google Meet. Available once per year per person.
How do we get started?
Reach out and we'll book a 15-minute Google Meet to talk through your group's needs, preferred session(s), schedule, and whether any light branding makes sense for your organization.
For group leaders
Ready to bring this
to your group?
Reach out and we'll book a short Google Meet to talk through your group's needs — which session fits, what light branding makes sense, and when it works for your schedule.
No session is too small. No topic is off limits. If your members run businesses, there's a session that meets them where they are.

BotLogix makes its money working directly with businesses one-on-one — not from the session itself. These sessions are offered to groups because a small number of members go on to work with us after. No pitch from the stage. No pressure in the room. Steffen's post-session one-on-ones are offered once per year per person.
