Ontario has a program called Digital Main Street that gives small and medium-sized businesses access to free or subsidized consulting. Part of the program is AI consulting.

What is the Digital Main Street program?
Digital Main Street is a provincial initiative to help small businesses adopt technology and digital tools. The program provides funding to approved service providers (like BotLogix) to consult with small businesses at reduced or no cost.
One company per service provider per year can work with a vendor like BotLogix at no cost. Other companies can access the service at a reduced rate.
Who qualifies?
If you're a small or medium-sized business located in Ontario, you likely qualify. The program is open to most industries: retail, professional services, trades, manufacturing, real estate, e-commerce.
The program is NOT available to: government agencies, non-profits (typically), or very large enterprises. But if you're running a business with fewer than 500 employees in Ontario, you probably qualify.
What you get
Through Digital Main Street, you get access to one free or subsidized AI Strategy Day with BotLogix. That includes:
- Full-day on-site session with your team
- Process mapping and opportunity identification
- Written AI Opportunity Blueprint delivered within one week
- Prioritized roadmap with cost estimates and timelines
- Follow-up call at 30 days
If you decide to implement after the strategy day, you can hire us to build, or you can use the blueprint to get quotes from other vendors. Either way, the strategy day is yours to keep.
How to access it
Step 1: Check your eligibility. Visit digitalmainstreet.ca. Check if your business type and location qualify.
Step 2: Create an account. Sign up on the Digital Main Street portal. It takes 10 minutes.
Step 3: Find BotLogix. Search for "BotLogix" in the vendor directory. Click "Request service." Select AI Strategy Day.
Step 4: We contact you. Once you request service, we'll reach out to schedule your session. Most sessions happen within 2-3 weeks.
What happens after the strategy day?
You get a written roadmap. You own it completely. No obligation to hire us for implementation. You can:
- Implement with us. We can build the first project (or all of them) for you.
- Implement yourself. Take the roadmap and do it in-house.
- Get quotes from others. Take the roadmap to other vendors and compare.
- Wait for budget. Keep the roadmap and implement when you have budget available later.
FAQ
Is this really free? For one company per vendor per year, yes. The program subsidizes the cost. If you're the first to request BotLogix, you get it at no cost. After that, there's a reduced rate (usually 25-50% off). Check with the program for current pricing.
How do I know if BotLogix is available? Check digitalmainstreet.ca and search for us. If we're listed and available, you can request service. If we're not currently available (all slots filled), you can join a waitlist.
